Kristin is a personal trainer and coach, fitness model, talk show host, and the Programming Director at The Phoenix Effect. When she's not inspiring human beings to take control of their bodies and lives, she's serving on the Board of Brave Trails, or perhaps writing the "About" section of her website (and nailing it--right?!).

Kristin is one of the most extraordinary people who has ever walked this earth! Because of her, I am walking, sitting and living pain-free. When we met I was suffering from excruciating bouts of sciatica. The program Kristin designed for me strengthened my muscles, got them to work together properly, increased my mobility and made it possible for me to dead lift more than my body weight – something I never, ever dreamed I could do!
